Introduction to IC, Advantages and limitations, IC classification, production process of monolithic IC, fabrication of components on monolithic IC, IC packing, general integrated circuit technology, photolithographic process, un polar IC’s, IC symbols.Practicals
- To observe and draw the forward and reverse bias V-I characteristics of a P-N junction diode.
- To study the volt-ampere (V-I) characteristics of zener diode both in forward ans reverse bias.
- To study and determine the characteristics of NPN transistor in CE configuration.
- To obtain the drain and transfer characteristics of MOSFET.
- To study Hartley and colpitts oscillator.
- To design inventing and non inverting amplifier using op-amp.
- Design various application of operational amplifier.
- to study of application of timer IC 555.
- To study the push pull amplifier.
